It was actually not a planned fast. I usually fast for 16-20 hours everyday. I just hit 24 and I was not hungry so I wondered if I could do a 48.
It was easier and not as tough as I thought it would be. Dinner did taste extra delicious after not eating
I lost four lbs.

Yep! (although the katsu was so thin that it was mostly fried-ness. Not that that’s necessarily bad.)

Went to Ruby's tonight and had my usual, Coconut shrimp, loaded baked potato and broccoli, and a Shirley temple with extra cherries . Also I met a pirate.....well she
Was a vendor at the annual Pirate festival and she had a Great costume too.
