Breakfast for dinner . Wife has ne doing low carb diet , so, bacon ,omelet with homegrown jalapeño and cubanella peppers and onion , avocado, sliced tomato , and "hash brown" cauliflower. And holy cow what a finish to that baseball game last night

So I was hoping to have a dishwasher installed today and return to regularly scheduled kitchen activities. But twas not to be. If you ever buy a Bosch dishwasher, they use a regular 110v outlet instead of being hard wired in and they don't have an open area underneath to accommodate a water line coming up below the dishwasher. Most American dishwashers are set up to be hard wired in and space below the tub. The outlet isn't a big deal. But I hate plumbing. So I spent the day debating whether to move the water line under the house or return the dishwasher. Gonna move the line. But that's a project for another day.

So we just went to the chinese buffet.

Looks like my kind of meal. Good stuff!! I'm having cocktail weinees and mac and cheese with the family for Father's Day. Simple ,but that's what was wanted which is fine.

Tried out Cancun Mexican restaurant on Broad St in Kingsport last night. We all thought it was really good.
