Just throw whatever you like in there! The tortellini is just the skeleton. It’s like a pizza.

- We have found that it works a lot better to have a light sauce to kind of bind (gently) everything together. I usually use this or some variety of it. It makes about a cup, so you’ll either have extra, or you’ll want to cut it back a bit. There’s a LOT of blather there, so you’ll probably want to just skip down to the actual recipe:

This was at Renos Steakhouse in Wise,VA to eat with fiancee and her family, and a fine meal it was. The white cheese mac and cheese was really good and the half rack of ribs were out of this world. My fiancee wasn't lying when she said it was great. I can't wait to try it out soon.

The beans themselves are slick and not slightly fuzzy, like most green beans are, and at some point they got called "greasy" (sometimes greazy) beans. It's not how they're prepared or anything, just how they grow/ look/ feel.
