That sounds like a good idea. What goes into Korean tacos? I know that sounds silly given the pic,but I'm always curious about different food ideas from my standard meals.

Basically, it's a meal that would make you be grateful to be Gentile. I think it's sort of a mushed-up minced whitefish stuffed back inside a fish skin and cooked, or something. I'm sure that someone somewhere knows how to prepare it well, but my MIL never did, bless her heart. (Brisket however was another story.)
