We made chicken carbonara recently. There are just so many more flavorful dishes like these compared to alfredo.

Well, not even using them, they are now packed away in a box but I did try to sell the 76 pieces years ago and no one is really interested in China like they used to be years ago. Years ago when people did not eat out as much, say 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's you were given China when you were married and then you showed it off at family gatherings. Now everyone meets at Calhouns or where ever for wedding rehearsals, Birthdays etc and so young people aren't really interested
In sets of China like previous generations were and inturn I hardly ever sell a China cabinet and I have about 400 lol. Sorry, that turned into a long one

One of my very favorite meals....but usually knocks me right out.....I woke up one time at 3am with my dinner plate in my lap...but it sure was good!!

Grilled wings tossed in sauce. Half in Tyler Florence's Chili Lime cilantro sauce (our go to), and half in my son's on the spot creation. Franks Buffalo wing sauce base, with added garlic, ginger, butter, and some stuff I can't remember. Best wings I've ever had (his). With a side of grilled smoked sausage.
