It's what all Japanese hibachi restaurants try to be haha. They're a chain in the Southeast US and Japan, but having tried hibachi all over the country, I've yet to find anything better. There used to be one in Knoxville years ago, but it's now called Misaki. Miyabi is one of my accounts and I'm good friends with the owner, Koichi. He lives in Japan and is a super interesting dude.

Oh! Gotcha. I thought maybe it was like wagyu beef.

Ichiban is my fav for Japanese.

Went to the grand opening of a restaurant in Bradenton last night. Had the bison filet with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
