Homemade chicken and dumplings.

1st time I ever tried to make them. Taste fantastic! Need to work on it a bit so the kids will eat it. The whole thing came out brown...I guess from deglazing the pan after browning the chicken thighs...which is probably one of the reasons it tasted so good!

Not dinner, but this was good. Made my wife an omelette and put in peppers and onions leftover from my chili, with cheese. I was gonna put ham, but she isn't feeling good and didn't want meat. Tasted good though.
