What did you have for dinner II?

Agree and they're hit or miss. I'm not sure why, but some locations are better than others.

The one in NOLA is good, but I still think their steaks are overrated. I grill a better one on my back patio. It's not terrible, but many better options at a similar price or little lower.

Gino's authentic Chicago Deep Dish Pizza
This I bought from Hy Vee in the Frozen food section.
I'll guess this is being sold at all other Hy Vees not just the ones in Omaha NE.

It's the same style pizza you can buy Gino's East in Chicago, and it tastes amazing.

Plan for tomorrow: 2 slabs of ribs done on my smoker. First clear day we've had for a week.
:p

Hubby's having turkey spaghetti. I'll either have the rest of my salad from lunch or GT eggs.

I do have to ask, tho, what are GT eggs?

I do a version of South Beach, it's what works for me. GT eggs are my go-to dinner when I need veggies and lean protein. Quick, easy, and I always have the stuff on hand. I buy frozen fajita veggies (peppers and onions) and heat 'em up in the skillet with a little olive oil. Then I add eggs, soy sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne. Scramble 'em up and go to town.

I could've done that in a much shorter version. haha

When first I read "GT eggs," my mind meandered to Georgia Tech nerds cooking eggs in a fashion not normally associated with cooking or eggs.
