EVOO, rice vinegar, smushed garlic, and black pepper. I only marinated it for about 30 minutes so not sure it really did any good.
I'm getting so tired of boneless skinless chicken breasts. Need new ideas (healthy ones).
I eat fish and buy a pork tenderloin that I'll cut the fat off and use for less fatty pork chops
When I was a kid, my mom would fry pork chops, they were thin and had that ring of fat around the edge that got so crispy. I miss that. Bad. lol I don't think they even sell them untrimmed like that anymore. Not good for you of course, but delicious.

Switch to thighs for a while? I like the flavor better and they are cheaper. Only issue is they are not as easy to cook evenly as breasts. I go back and forth between tenders, thin cut breasts and thighs but I think thighs are my fave.
