The last red snapper I had was on a green egg grill in the middle of the gulf. Italian dressing, bell peppers, onions butter, and Tony Cachres....wrap it in tin foil...heaven

I'm in Charleston/ Hilton Head this week and I went fishing with a buddy of mine yesterday and about an hour before sunset we got into a school of red drum. We made fish piccata last night with the ones we could keep. Outstanding.

Thanks for the tip. Didn't make it to Page's but I know where it is. Went to Home Team BBQ on Sullivans Is. last night. Had smoked wings and a brisket taco.
