What did you have for dinner II?

Yeah a NYC vacation plus to see the Knicks play the Warriors a decent game.
This Applebees was on the side of the Hilton Hotel plus inside door to enter the Applebees so extremely convient if you are staying at the Hilton Hotel.

Friday through Monday because currently at airport and I'll be back in Omaha today.

Love your YouTube channel btw

Fried chicken, squash, brown rice and my wicked chocolate pie. Wouldn't normally do squash with this but it was nearing use 'em or lose 'em time and as for the rice...usually mashed potatoes would take their place but I didn't feel like messing with them.

The chicken were just thighs, panko breaded and skillet fried. Maybe the best I have ever made.

potato bake (some yankee concoction which appears to be sliced taters baked in butter sauce), corn on the cob, pork chop

Greek Chicken Salad with Feta Oregano Dressing

Tuna salad. It's good, and I'm thankful, but it makes me need a steak 😬

Went out for my daughter's boyfriend's birthday. A bunch of shared plates.

Organic Sweet Potato Waffle Fries w/Chipotle Ketchup
Crispy Cheddar Curds & Roasted Shi****o Peppers w/Orange-Habanero Jam
New England Fish Tacos w/Salt & Vinegar Potato Skins, Bibb Lettuce, Dill, Cherry Tomato Relish & Tartar Sauce
Korean BBQ Tacos w/Wagyu Short Rib, Leek Slaw, Radish, Wasabi Peas, Gochujang Aioli, Ginger & Lime

Chili. I make my own base with a combination of tomato paste with sugar and ghost pepper puree, and a lager reduction with liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Combine it all with 2 lb steak, 2 lb ground beef, and 1 lb hot sausage with chili beans and black beans (of course with onions and garlic etc.) and my own fire roasted garlic tomatoes then simmer for 8 hours.

The only problem is I have to sleep on the couch tonight for obvious reasons.

I tend to put myself in that same situation with my wife. She's a light sleeper.
