What did you have for dinner II?

Chili. I make my own base with a combination of tomato paste with sugar and ghost pepper puree, and a lager reduction with liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Combine it all with 2 lb steak, 2 lb ground beef, and 1 lb hot sausage with chili beans and black beans (of course with onions and garlic etc.) and my own fire roasted garlic tomatoes then simmer for 8 hours.

The only problem is I have to sleep on the couch tonight for obvious reasons.

That's legit chili! You could probably enter that in a contest. How many people are you feeding with that btw?

Recipe? I'm trying some tomorrow

I'm not a chef at all. I just made these off the top of my head and threw stuff together. I used tilapia. I baked them. I put pico de gallo, cole slaw mix for the cabbage, avocado. The I cut up some chipotle peppers and mixed it with sour cream for my sauce topping. That had some heat to it.

I used to attend a small country church and the pot-luck dinners never disappointed. That was the first time I ever tried bear meat.

That's the only time I've eaten bear, while at one of these.
