What did you have for dinner II?

So After seeing my doc last week, I started cutting out or cutting down on carbs/bad sugar, red meat, salt and fried junk.. I’ve already lost 20 lbs and don’t have to take blood pressure meds. First time in years my bp has been good without meds. It has blown my mind!
I did something similar a few months ago. Just policing my snacking and light exercise did worlds for my blood pressure. I've kind of plateaued on the weight loss. But I'm still losing inches.
 
Red beans hack: Make the 1&1/2-2 lbs of dry red beans with 1lb of smoked andouille sausage. Then, when you reheat the left overs, begin by slicing up a link (<=1/4 lb) of andouille sausage and adding these to the pan as you slowly heat it up. When it’s slightly browned, add the leftover red beans. Reheat and serve with rice. Little extra andouille doesn’t hurt...
