Made dinner for the folks at fire station tonight pork butts smoked then braised in pineapple mango juice rice wine vinegar oj chili sauce garlic and some honey. Sides of sweet potato soufflé, green bean casserole, cornbread and apple cobbler.

As good as Popeyes and they don't have to resort to spicy mayo to make a hot one. I was taken aback by it.

Used chicken breasts instead of drumsticks
No butter
Baked them in the air fryer (12 minutes)

Broccoli Salad
Sliced Avocado
