What did you have for dinner II?

The church our youth choir went to sing at fed us dinner. Tacos and nachos, good stuff.
 
Saturday night was BBQ ribs, corn on the cob, and my wife's concocted tater dish (thinly sliced taters layered with butter, goat cheese, and Greek yogurt; seasonings were "secret"). After a day spent landscaping, it was mm mm gud.
 
Last night, a savory French tart - thin pastry similar to but not quite like pizza or flatbread, creme fresh, caramelized onions, thin bits of cured ham, Gruyere cheese.
 

1 1/2 lb ground chuck
3 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Grill them!

Wasn't the best cut ribeye, but I'm pleased enough with the results since I cooked it on a stove top
