Cleaned out the produce drawer of
onion, celery, broccoli, jalapeños and added chicken broth, chick peas, black beans and potatoes.
Spiced it up and cooked it for 2.5 hours.

Anyone in Knoxville ate at Firebirds? We ate there tonight. I had the steak with garlic butter & Parmesan mashed taters. Fiancée had the salmon topped with lobster & spinach fondue. It’s pricey but it was really good

There are a few in Atlanta. I have eaten there twice, maybe three times? I have had the lobster as well as the fillet. Always seemed like good food. And a decent whiskey selection.
