What did you have for dinner II?

storms put damper on dinner plans. We wanted to get takeout from grandkids favorite place, repeatedly calling and get no answer. Couldn't contact its website either. DIL put together something for kids, an we headed back to airbnb since we had had hefty amount of leftover Chinese. It was pretty rugged storm, as well, and we wouldve had to turn back to son's turn place if we had power. On way back, we were shocked to see a large tree and blown down n and into window of beautiful home and branches down and limbs down in most yards. Luckily, there was less damage where we were staying, frig working with a favorite IPA Daisy Glaze - Heavy Riff Brewing Company - Untappd
good and cold

My dinner on the cruise last night:
shrimp cocktail, lobster bisque, fried goat cheese salad, 16 oz. bone-in ribeye

And I forgot to take a picture if my sides and dessert: asparagus, sauteed mushrooms, baked potato, and red velvet cake.

Everything was top notch, except the lobster bisque and cake. I’ve had red velvet cake that tasted better from Publix. It was very good just didn’t blow me away like the shrimp cocktail and goat cheese salad did. And the lobster bisque was a very different style than I am accustomed to. It wasn’t bad, just wasn’t what I was expecting when I ordered. Got 7 more days to go!
Nice.......
