meant to reply to you thus past weekendI hope you get well soon and Cipro is a tough drug to take, one of the Big guns and I hope you do well with it and I wish and pray for you to have a speedy recovery.
I've got Cipro and the other fluoroquinolones on my drug allergy list. It's not actually an allergy (hives, etc.), but both times I've taken it, I've rapidly developed soreness in my Achilles tendons. This drug class is implicated in spontaneous tendon rupture, especially the Achilles tendon (this is well-documented, including the mechanism involved.)meant to reply to you thus past weekend
didnt take the cipro or other antibiotic after readind the warninn labels last thursday night.
that some nasty stuff/
graduated rto chicken soup and then solider food, and by monday, i my main compaint was a lack of energy. the better news was that we didnt have to scuttle our trip to STL and time with our son and his family
Glad that you are better and yes Cipro is bad, there was a lawsuit going on with it and some other drugs in the same family and people's tendons were just tearing and rippingmeant to reply to you thus past weekend

As someone who doesn't want to ever have Achilles tendon surgery, the doc and I have agreed that it won't be used except in a case of last resort, as in live-or-die situations.
