Love Kentucky Hot Brown! I always mean to make it after Thanksgiving, but the turkey tetrazzini always wind out.

Never heard of the mac n cheese version, but it sounds interesting.

Turkey tetrazzini is a must with turkey leftovers. We just use thick cut deli turkey in this recipe for ease. Nice comfort food dish.
