I don't even see that at the store anymore. My mom made country style steak (dip the steak in flour with s&p and fry it in a skillet, make a gravy with the drippings and put it in the oven til the rest of dinner was ready :drool, and swiss steak (it had tomatoes, like tomato gravy almost, didn't like it as much.) I can't remember what she called that kind of steak though?
