But the best part was I experienced the best ARK yet!!!! I asked to pay the check for another table. The waitress for the other table came over to tell us about telling them their dinner was paid for (that almost never happens). They asked her if they could pay it forward! 🤗 She didn't have another table to let them do that, but that's three people affected. Then our waitress said next time her and her husband go to dinner she's going to do it for somebody. That's five! I tipped both servers 100%. (Just realized hubby got out of paying our bill :lol: ) I can't afford to do that every time, but it's awesome when I can.

Last night: Veggie salad of yellow cherry tomatoes, beet juice colored cauliflower florets, pitted & halved kalamata olives, chopped celery, slivered sweet onion & basil leaves dressed w. olive oil & champagne vinegar then topped with flaked smoked salmon.

My wife loves francaise sauce (lemon, wine, butter, etc.) on cod.
