-1 pack dry ranch dressing
-1 pack dry Italian dressing
-1 pack chicken gravy
-4-5 boneless chicken breasts

Place chicken in crockpot. Mix the first three ingredients with 1 cup water. Pour over chicken and cook!

It is good stuff, use the "gravy" it makes and put it on potatoes.

There is also a 3 envelope roast that we do. Instead of chicken, get a roast and instead of chicken gravy use brown gravy. The gravy on this one is awesome. Love both though.

Stealing this!

A throwback. I mean throwback reference.

Original Gangsta (90's throwback) You said "leftover ribeye".

No Bueno. Gotta finish the ribeye right away, no room for leftovers. Just saying.

I gotcha. Guess I've never heard OG used that way in describing a steak. Lol. And let's just say it wasn't me who didn't finish the fresh ribeye. 😁

We always have leftover Ribeyes. My wife or kids rarely eat all of theirs, and I finish the next day.

Bloomin onion, grilled shrimp, salad.

My wife brought me back a blooming onion last year around Christmas. She had went to Lexington with my mom, and that was the best one I've ever had. You just made me think about it, and now I'm hungry.

Last night - Leg quarter & wing from whole roasted chicken, green peas, sliced homegrown tomatoes.

The wife wanted pasta but not red sauce. So I went to The Fresh Market and got some shrimp, chorizo, shallots, garlic, parsley, lemons, butter, pecorino romano, & white wine.

Took the chorizo out of the casing and browned it. Let drain on paper. Wiped the pan out. Added butter and shallots, then garlic. Added some white wine and lemon juice and let reduce a little. Added the chorizo back in as well as the shrimp. After a couple of minutes tossed in some grated pecorino, crushed red pepper, and minced parsley.

Served over angel hair...YUM!

Community BBQ mac 'n' cheese, with a little leftover baked chicken and sliced home grown tomatoes on the side. When it's from Community 'Que, the mac 'n' cheese is the main course.
