What is the worst call you have ever seen??

I dont think this is the worst call ever, but the call that came to mind when I read this thread was Kiffin against UCLA. I know we didnt have a confident QB at the time, but at least with him rolling out it was 50-50. With time ticking away another play up the middle was not going anywhere, and eventually cost us the game.

I am going to have to go with Jabar Gaffney's "catch".
If were talking strictly UT games, then I would have to agree. The worst call I've ever seen in CFB was the 5th down that gave Colorado the win, I believe it was over Missouri, back in 1990.

There is no way I let Crompton throw the ball there. The ONLY possibility was a pitch of some sort, and I'm not sure Crompton could've done that.

Yeah, that Colorado game would get my vote... although the pass interference call in the Miami/OSU game was pretty bad too and changed the national championship.

I'm going with the second one, just because I wasn't old enough to see the first one. Ohio State fans still swear it was pass interference...

I bet Ohio State also swears that JP fouled Evan Turner...

World series Reggie Jackson sticks his hip out to stop the double play. Still hate him for it.

Gaffney's catch was BS.

Notre Dame in 1999 or 2000 at home. We had not had a rushing TD scored on us all year. The running back for ND takes a pitch and heads toward the sideline where he is pushed clearly (both feet) out of bounds. He jumps back inbounds and runs to the endzone for a "TD". Nothing but hate filled "BOOOOOS" for the rest of the game.

roughing the passer call against Fla in 06. The one where the pick 6 by Marvin mitchell was called back. Ref said QB was "slapped" more like touch on the helmet...BS
