Before he was ever fired I knew he would return to coaching and probably at our competition. None of the other show cause coaches had a winning record like Pearl.

^^Yeah not going to happen but Conzo needs to head on back to Missouri. He is way out of his league and our players are regressing.

Some of our players aren't regressing. It is always funny who comes out after losses.

I knew I quit my previous message board for a reason.

*Cuonzo* and only 2 are regressing. Stokes and Golden. And I wouldn't even say that Stokes is regressing, he is just struggling with being doubled team and idk about Golden.

You conveniently sidestepped GLDunlap's point. He just said that what Pitino did was worse that what Pearl did. I believe that most people would agree with GLDunlap, myself included.

You can argue that Pitino committing adultery and paying $3,000 for her to have an abortion (which he fully admitted to later) is not as bad as lying to an NCAA investigator. Most people would disagree with you, however. And, to make the claim that what Pitino did wasn't as bad as what Pearl did simply because it didn't land Louisville on NCAA probation is irrational. If he had murdered her, that also wouldn't result in NCAA probation.

Arguing for the sake of arguing goes on too much around here. You surely don't believe what you said, do you?

This team has gone downhill for 3 years now. Pearl's last team was not great. Martin last year was missing a lot of pieces and this year's team is even worse. Horrid shooting, horrid ball handling skills, poor or awful defense. I'm sure the Kool Aid drinkers will come out and swear we will make the tourney but frankly, THIS TEAM SUCKS. We have a better chance to lose 20 than to win 20.

Its actually nothing like that... We broke it off with him to save our own butt at that time. NCAA basically forced our hand. I would love to bring him back after he has served his show clause. He was the best thing that happened to that program. He still lives in Knoxville, lets go get it done!

Basketball is not like football, a great coach can turn a program in his 2nd year. They are worse than last year.

Give me some hope for year 3? Who''s coming in , where's this great recruiter?

CBP will not coach at UT again

But he will be back in D1 and he will win and bring another program to heights before unseen!!!!

Well do you follow basketball? Like I said funny who shows up after losses. We actually aren't worse than last year at this point if you knew what you were talking about. We get Maymon back and a 5 star recruit. Look, I am not defending Martin, but I am willing to see what happens this year and let him coach.

What sucks is if this team had any kind of guard play then they would be a pretty decent team. They usually play defense. That will keep you in most games. However, Stokes is struggling this year without any post help. Maymon is out and you never know what you'll get with Hall from game to game.

We picked a bad year to have an average team at best. Ky is as beatable as they've ever been and UT could steal a win up in Lexington this year if they had any kind of team.

After watching Ole Miss dismantle Mizzou, I'd say it's Fla, Ole Miss, Mizzou and then Ky. Right now, I'd only give the SEC three bids to the tourney. Ky has got work to do to make the tourney.

Did you happen to watch him play today? Have you watched him play at all as a matter of fact. I used to think of Landry like that until I actually watched him play. He is a solid pg.

Pitino was a big part of landing hawaii on probation too.
