I’m honestly not that confident in this game. The defense is my biggest concern, far greater of a concern than Milton may be.

Pretty much I’m on the same page. Fully expect the defense to look completely lost and uninterested. I would love to see them prove me wrong though.

I'm not so sure Clemson is a juggernaut on defense. First, they play in the ACC, a weaker conference than ours. Our SOS is #2, theirs is 35. They gave up 45 to WF, and 35 to ND. And their defensive stats against the run are pedestrian. And we have a very good rushing game. I have a feeling that's what we will showcase in this bowl, especially if the coaches think Milton needs to be protected with only throws that are comfortable to him. If they can't stop our run game, they'll be in trouble.

Clemson is a bad draw for us for a bowl this year.

They still have the residual boatload of talent.

New QB who lit it up last game and sent the incumbent to the portal. Our All American QB out for the year and probably our two most productive receivers sitting out.

I don't have high hopes of winning this game.

I was talking to Clemson friend of mine and he said they should rename this game to, "What the f*** Just Happened" Bowl. The odds that both UT & Clemson would lose to S. Carolina is still mind boggling.
