What other message boards are saying (Florida Edition)

They only don't cover if a couple of things happen.....

1. Tennessee turns it over a ton. And if you look at the numbers, Florida's defense doesn't generate turnovers.

2. Heupel does something like he did against Oklahoma and keeps the score low for whatever absurd reason I don't understand. While it got better this past week against less than mediocre competition, Florida's defense is BAD. Lack of pass rush, plus poor tackling, plus mental mistakes, plus playing on the road.....equals tons of Tennessee points. Tons
I know what you're doing. STOP 😂

I'm really not doing anything.

I still have a hard time understanding last year's game to be honest with you.

So, I get the reluctance to accept my assessment as legitimate.

I think Florida's offense is competent. I think Florida can score. But, not near enough. And it's the law we have to run 12 plays before being allowed to get into the end zone

Don't even get me started with last year...

About time some opposing fans and media start to doubt us! We need this!. We've been too confident the last few weeks and have let the press clippings get to our head. Everyone has been telling us how good we are and shot us up the rankings. I think we got ahead of ourselves. Now, its time to admit our weaknesses, hunker down and work on getting better one game at a time.
Who wouldn't doubt us after that AR game? I didn't see a single original play called up the whole game. Not one designed run for Nico. Our running game consisted of run up the middle over and over. We used to be fun to watch.

I think it's fair to have concerns about Heupel when you look at his history as a head coach and the issues we continue to be plagued by. It's clear he can't figure out how to attack the 3/3/5 defense that started with Tulsa. If he could, he'd have done it by now. What amazes me were the reported comments by our players that they were caught off guard by seeing it from Arky. I'd expect to see it from every team we face from here on out. The CEO is only as good as the guys he surrounds himself with. Heupel chose to hitch his wagon to Elarbee, Halzle and Martinez. Absolutely HUGE game for him this Saturday. Hope it works out for him.
I find that hard to believe just based on how much they had already seen it this season. They were caught off guard by the primary alignment which they faced in their season opener? I guess I would like to see those quotes. I know NC State is not any good, but it does show that not just anyone can line up in that defense and give Tennessee trouble.
