What other message boards are saying (Georgia Pre Game)

CJH meets the media today (it’s sometime between noon and 12:30 every Monday).

You can listen to see if he tap dances around Nico questions or addresses them honestly head on.
I’d bet on the former.
The first required weekly injury report will be released by UT and all other SEC teams on Wednesday night about 8:15.
They are then updated daily until a few hours before kickoff.

Why give our opponent any information they can use against us? Hype dances!

100% hope I'm wrong. But I think because they got humiliated last week they beat us like they did last year. Who knows what Georgia team will show up? If the team that beat Texas shows up, we're beat. If last weeks team shows up we have a legit shot.
The difference for me is our defense. I think we're better than Texas on defense and I know for sure we're better than our 2022 defense

Defense travels, and our defense doesn't give up points. Georgia doesn't have the QB this year to blow us away, especially against our defense. Everybody anticipating that they'll blow us away is silly- they just don't have the capability.

At worst this is a close slugfest.

It’s in Athens but if you get to Beck early that home crowd may turn against him. There’s some definite frustration in that team currently. We just need to score early and put pressure on them; beck will give you a few turnovers.
This is something that concerns me. You are right, with the circumstances and the status of our o-line combined with Beck’s play lately, this could happen.

Have you heard specifically of issues between Beck and the OC?
No, I’ve only heard the rumors everyone has heard. Who knows? I am concerned about Beck though. It wasn’t a good look that after OM whipped us, he is sitting on the sideline laughing with his teammates. What I saw could be out of context, but it wasn’t a good look, and it doesn’t inspire confidence.

Also, my man ran from a squirrel! This also doesn’t inspire confidence. 😂

Squirrels do have rabies though. Lucky for him Pearce has had his shots, not so sure about ONL; think I might’ve seen some orange foam around his mouth when he was talking about Georgia. 😂

Just my opinion, but it will be a miracle if the Vols walk away from a night game in Athens with the W.
Anyone comes out of Athens with a win it’s impressive. That team has kind of been the standard for the last few years. Even a struggling Georgia team is a very good team as Texas found out.

All very true. It’s a long shot, but it can be done. That’s why they play the game! If this team manages to sneak out with a win it will be legendary.

I would like to witness us come out with a win from between the hedges. I would love it even more if it was dominant. With that said our offense seems extremely vanilla a majority of time mixed with missed opportunities and a few flashes of brilliance. Our defense has been outstanding 90% of the time but even when they give us turnovers we usually do not capitalize. This offense would have to do something that I haven't seen yet against an SEC opponent for me to believe we win.

Hope it all comes together Saturday and if so Vawls by Fiddy 😁😁

Most rational I've ever seen from Georgia fans. Not saying that like we're winning, it's just usually they think they're unbeatable.

They should have played that squirrel song about the squirrel getting loose in the Pascagoula church

Yeah, those are two of the players that might make a huge difference in this game.

GA also has some defensive front players that could make a huge impact on this game. This game is a big deal. Like I said in my post before, I’m not sure about this game.

One thing for sure. The betting services aren’t giving us a chance. Don’t know if that line is to set up bettors or not.

I’m not sensing much respect for Beck by his teammates…and he seems like he could be an unlikeable douche.

Driving a Lamborghini while playing like a Gremlin likely doesn’t help.

Wow they are DOWN. Expected a little more bite than that from that bunch.
They thought they were going to coast through the regular season and into the playoff. Instead they've really only played one game all year they truly feel good about (Texas) and probably have to win this game to get into the playoff.

They blew out Clemson but Clemson isn't good, should have lost to UK, didn't play well against Auburn/Miss St/UF and had to grind out wins.
