1. Done with Iraq
2. Killed OBL
3. Inspired and helped out with regime change in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, and, maybe, Syria
4. Obamacare

2. He gave the order...but the intel, operation and efforts to locate and kill OBL were cumulative and were not single handely his. but i give him credit for saying do it.Which is a nobrainer to me.
3. The Muslim brotherhood and Hamas are thrilled with these changes. Those against a Theocracy, not soo much..
4. Unconstitutional mandates that are voted on and passed by elected folks that aren't even aware of what they are signing is NOT a positive.

Obamacare is a negative - public opinion of the law is at an all time low and rarely (if ever) cracked 50% approval.

I would agree; however, these are things that he can spin as positives to the uninformed and ignorant masses (aka, the majority of the individuals that vote).
