When I listen to what people sat, I usually quickly move to the other side of the room...or leave altogether, depending upon the volume.

Hire someone who knows how to run a modern offense. Everything else will take care of itself.

I never considered Goestenkors (due to failure at Texas) but her Duke teams always had strong pg leadership, a 3-point specialist & a shot-blocking post.

I’d love any coach who can replicate that here because we have the recruits and legacy to be successful.

I believe in simplicity---I would hire the absolute best coach I could hire......does matter if male or female or comes from a men's or women's coaching background. I simply want the best coach I can possibly get. Also, I would not settle just to get a coach in place.....take all the time needed to get the coach who can take the Lady Vols back to a top tier program.

Remember when all the hype was to get Pat to change over and coach the men's team? Yeah, I wouldn't have done that either.

Vol ties? Doesn't matter Male or female? doesn't matter..... Head coaching experience? doesn't meter

Need one who can TEACH, including fundamentals..... and have the RESPECT of players

Bring in Mulkey from Baylor and give CRB a big raise to stay at Tennessee. Of course that is probably the most expensive option on the board.
