Get 50 people to go to those offices to make your point made. Get a collection of people giving 15 second videos via social media or email on why they are upset fans of THE University of Tennessee. We are in a bad period that I have never seen or heard of with other schools where there are multiple programs that are close to being bottom dwellers or ashes at the same time.

Greg Marshall, just a point that there are more coaches than Pearl. However, we've got a coach and I think he has handled all this fan disgruntlement and hoopla in an excellent professional manner.

Pearl gone and history. He has got great ability and showmanship. Some will not let this pass, maybe we should view his departure as a nasty divorce.

Focusing on the Admin first and then the AD, I could not agree more. There is a disconnect, but focus more on the Admin side of things vs the AD. For so long we focused on the AD without looking at the fact his hands the AD hands may have been tied by the Admin side because of an agenda. Whatever it is they are not working together.

The two ticket items at the school are BB and Football. Those teams are going to bring you the most attention. Baseball is a plus. Hart seems to be supporting all the coaches adequately.

For us to be upset with Hart for not hiring Pearl is stupid especially before the season is over. None of us have any clue as to the conversations that may have proceeded Pearl's hire at Auburn. Right now the only pressure that can be applied is to the Admin side and how they have failed in their support of the AD and Scholarship Athletes.

We have a team in the NCAAT, support them and the coach. I know some will play it down as a play-in game but they should not.

As bad as the seeding was by this committee, no one can use the conspiracy theory approach as it relates to CCMs Job security.

Wtf? The OP makes it sound like we just went 0-30 and we are stuck with Martin forever. We are fine in basketball. We are better and getting better in football. We are relevant again in baseball! Why the doom and gloom?

No I wasn't. Let me summarize.

Football doing great and better than most expected 2 years ago.

Baseball sure looks like progress to me. Could not be happier.

Basketball we made it. Seeding screw up, but we are in the NCAAT. Coach - Jury still out for most.

Pearl --- gone, history, some need to get over it. No Vacancy and we will burn that bridge for a new coach when/if we get there. There are idiots stating the plan is to bring Pearl back next year after Martin is let go. Meth is a nasty drug.

AD taking a lot of heat, that he does not deserve.

NCAA --- not very good at investigations not fair and equitable across the board.

CCM --- doesn't deserve this crap. Will be here for another year at least.

Cheek --- on his own self serving agenda.

Hamilton - Money and Greed. Most Cost effective and bargin Hire. Did not challenge the NCAA regarding Pearl's Show Cause.

The NCAA - inconsistency in punishment, not fair and equal across the board, to much time for the crime and they cannot investigate anything unless it is handed to them on a silver platter.

Cheek - Academic Standards, wants to be the Florida and Stanford's of the NCAA. Money pulled from AD and is happy with Mediocrity. Really has no clue. Evidently Micro Managing the AD Department. He has had two ADs and they are following the same Modus Operandi. Thank God we did not land Strong. Why was he even on the plane to Louisville. Cheek is trying to control something he cares nothing about and has zero experience. Not willing to pay the funding to secure a good any quality coach. Cheek Would probably let Football and Basketball die if he could. To him it is like a burden to have to deal with it. Provides Little Support until there are headlines. Directed lawyers not to give Pearl a head's up regarding the picture. In essence Hart Allowed and contributed to the entrapment of Pearl.

Hart - Based on what he inherited, has been indecisive and by doing often is a go along type AD to Cheek. Allowed Money to move out of the AD Coffers without objecting. Puppet type and allows his hands to be tied. We would have been better off than now with Fulmer as AD. He is Tennessee and has Tennessee in his best interest. Also, there would be no power struggle as Hamilton and Hart experience with Cheek.

Pearl - Go figure. First team that comes along he accepts the job. Really. This is no different than a girl that chases shinny objects. He Did not hesitate one second to throw Tennessee under the bus. He could have waited enjoyed and worked the Tournament see how it played out and then announced but he was not willing to sit tight. Pearl could care less about fixing this situation at UTK, even though he contributed to it. A lot thought he would come back to fix what he had broke. Get over Pearl because he could care less. His resignation cry was more like a kid getting caught with his hand in the cookie jar.
If you are upset don't just Email Hart, make sure you also Email Cheek, and if you are really pissed by the way that this has happened the email the BOT (to include the Governor) include Pearl if you want but the main emphasis should be on how the AD is being ran and ruined by the Higher ups.

Not stating we are entitled to anything, but I am stating that our tax payer dollars are being mismanaged through/by the Incompetency that have the responsibility of mismanagement.

At any level in the Public school system, the Administrators are usually the worst at money or project management. Cheek cannot handle the job.

We sound like vandy used to be. A chancellor who doesn't care about sports hiring bargain basement coaches with a figure head only AD. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Ouch! Something needs to be done but you don't need to run off our biggest donor.

If it is self supporting, it's doing a poor job. It was $200 million in debt a year ago.
