I'm about to find out what is going on tomorrow. I just got the heads up today by another teacher that some stuff has been started by him about me.

Best of luck my friend. You could always drop the notion abt a hostile work environment suit.....I'm not a litigious person, but just the mere mention can change attitudes. Or libel/slander if you have negative impacts.

I'm going to go through the channels and do it the right way. I'm new and impressing a lot of people and he sees me as a threat for some reason. He wanted the job that I got and now he is upset that he couldn't get it.

Same here, that was when I was in middle school. There was a fight behind the band room everyday it seemed like. I had more than my share of trips back there. lulz

There was a fight in the parking lot when I was in HS. Someone yelled 'fight!' Kids crawled from the cracks of the pavement to watch in a fraction of a second, people everywhere. One guy pulled a toy gun. You then hear 'gun!' Next you see kids scattering faster than cockroaches when the lights turn on. Funny shiz...
