Me personally, I don't truly hate anyone but despots, pedos, rapist, and murderers. I am pretty sure that yourself, Luther, and Lawgator are all decent people. If we have a disconnect between our humanity and our politics, it will get people killed. Disagreements should not be met with violence or derogatory remarks.

Every time I see a poster resort to the "now run along" statement of dismissiveness, I see it as a sign of surrender and weakness.

They are supposed to immediately stop the surveillance/recording when they realize a US citizen is on the line and they are forbidden from disclosing the information about who the American is. So IF NSA or other 3 lettered agency had records of Jarred and a foreigner conversing/texting ext and they unmasked Jarred to Cumming someone in the IC broke the law.

Commings is Chair of the Oversight Committee which includes oversight of the IC. Anything they gave to Cummings is legal. If the IC collected intelligence illegally and gave it to Cummings then the onus is on him to oversee that also. Ranking member Jim Jordan probably has the info as well.

Nope. Cumming does not have the power to unmask nor is he supposed to receive such information.
