Some of the biggest Dooley supporters? Some who posted everyday have disappeared. They proved my point that they were Dooley fans and trolls , not UT fans. Thanks for staying away , good riddance. I won't call any by name but we know the main offenders. The Volnation IQ has risen 10 points by you not posting.:salute:

I was a Dooley supporter untill he was fired. I was a Kiffin supporter until he left. I was a Fulmer supporter until he was fired. I was a Majors supporter..on and on. Bottom line..I don't like losing, but I support UT sports and current staff whomever it may be. Not a fair weather fan. TIFWIW

This. That's how I feel and will continue to be even if they are stinking up the place.

I was accused of being a Dooley supporter and am still here. I am and was a UT supporter. I was and am for intelligent leadership and management of the AD including the football HC. Dooley was given time. Two years to rebuild to a respectable level of talent then one year to prove he belonged in the SEC.

I said his bare minimum standard should have been to win a significant game- UGA, Bama, UF, or USCe (barely). MSU still would not have been sufficient IMO. I said he should have been fired after USCe since he could no longer meet that standard.

The scary part to me is that Hart's standard was apparently much lower.

I was a Dooley supporter also. I liked the things he was doing and his overall plan made sense. Unlike Kiffin, I actually believe Dooley left this place in better shape than when he got here. Just didn't work out.

My guess is that they dont feel the need to support someone who is no longer the head coach of the team. Unlike some who feel the need to keep bashing someone who is no longer the head coach of the team. I was neutral throughout. Just my :twocents:

I am soo glad that you guys got what you wanted .. Dooley fired with a 5-7 record ! Team demoralized and no bowl game ! Congrats for being right !

Pathetic ... I wanted Dooley to succeed so we could have a positive season not because I love him. I supported him because he was the HC of the team I love to watch. He made a lot of bone headed mistakes, but b*#@!@ about it on a message board does nothing. The players see this crap.

I went from a Dooley defender to a Dooley Non-defender during and after the Mississippi State game. That's when it was solidified for me!!

What Cornvol said. BTW, any head coaching change at UT is more like a funeral than a wedding. You can stop jizzing your britches now that CDD is gone. It didn't take a psycic to see it was going to happen soon.:fool:

So a Tennessee fan who thought Tennessee would lose to Alabama wanted Tennessee to lose and was happy when Alabama won?

Just checking.

Don't understand how wanting Dooley and the team to succeed makes you a Dooley fan, but not a UT fan? Illogical OP

Because they were never interested in wins or loses! If I heard integrity mentioned once I heard it 1000 times! They wanted to use DD as some kind of self-righteous model for moral superiority that they could take back to their little Sunday school classes to preach religious values.
