Does CCM have a backup plan? Does he save the scholly just in case he doesn't sign until spring? Or does he save it for next year?

Losing a player like Nichols is tough.But i think Coach Martin has a plan and Tennessee will be fine.If he wins they will come.Pastner was left with a little more stability than what Coach Martin had.Go Vols.

The staff basically stopped recruiting other bigs, I detail this in the all the eggs in one basket thread...guys the staff thought Nichols was there's, he informed them he was there's, this shocked everyone.

Unfortunate part is we probably could've landed Schuyler Rimmer, now he's already taken his OVs and is looking to announce next week, not sure if staff can get back in on him.

I'll do some work later today to try and get a good idea what the staff is going to do from here, but one thing is clear...we assumed we had Nichols, and still wanted to add another post...this staff is going to have to get a post this class.

I think Pastner has proven that no matter how good the talent, he can't coach 'em up. No worries about Memphis as long as he's the head coach.

Sensitive kid taking it from his team and classmates.
What would you do for a little peace?
If he doesn't sign early he's getting some peace and watching how both teams come out of the blocks.
Make his final in the late signing period.
Wishful thinking? Maybe. Maybe not.

PS: Watch how the staff reacts. If they're not jumping on airplanes after games like they did after the Hubbs commit this month, they know something we don't.

Like I've said, if he doesn't sign early I like our chances still...means 99% of what he and his dad just said was smoke.
