Such childish hatred on here. He did his best and I understand that was not good enough. But some of these posters act like he hated the program and intentionally tried to run it into the ground.

I for one am hoping for the best for him and his family, and excited about the future of our program as we move forward.

He'll follow the Bill Battle formula. Realize he's no good at this and go into private industry turning his millions into more millions.

Will he coach at at all? I think it would be funny if kentucky picked him up, as unlikely as that is

All i have seen was hope he gets fired. Well he got fired. Now why do you care where he goes? He will probaly end up at Alabama if he wants to and you will see him on the sidelines. Saban will probaly hire him.

Forget it. Some people are so hard hearted and most likely online bullies, they will never understand.

I can see his career in coaching being over. He is a lawyer so he has a backup profession.

Maybe ga state? I'm thinkin with ga state joining the sun belt next year, and their coach retiring after this season maybe they make a run at Dooley.

We all wanted him fired...right? Now that the deal is done I feel no more animosity toward the man. Surprisingly, im feeling notions of sympathy...i definitely didnt see thay coming

I hear he's Goin back to pee wee football leagues... To me he looks like the coach from waterboy(fonzi). Dazed, confused, talkin to himself.. Hopefully at the pee wee level he will flourish & with 5 mil he could care less

I'm not particularly worried about that. The man has made millions coaching here, he will make millions NOT coaching here, he has a law degree from one of the best law schools in the country (UVA), his wife is an OBGYN, and his parents are probably quite well off as well. I'm sure he could probably never work again and live a comfortable life.
