Which two teams to play in SECCG

Alabama and Tennessee in the SECCG - will take that rivalry to another level.

If that happened, I think they would have to bring the whole state of Georgia's police department to the game.

It would be amazing to see. I can't even imagine how bitter it would be.

Alabama/Tennessee is among the classiest of all the big time rivalries in the country. Excepting the 'Fulmer is a rat' period, the respect between these two has been one of the things to admire about the rivalry.

I'm a little surprised by the impression that a war might break out in Atlanta.

Is it? From personal experience I have seen more fights when these 2 teams play than with any other rivalry. And I mean fights between fans.

SEC title game. #3 Tennessee vs. #2 LSU. (12-0) vs. (12-0). Atlanta, Georgia. National title on the line. Opposite of 2001. Vols are underdogs. LSU fans have their national title tickets showing them to the cameras in shoaboating fashion. The Vols upset LSU! The Vols upset LSU! Pandomonium reigns. Pandomonium REIGNS! HAHA! T.E.N.N.E.S.S.E.E. is going to the BCS NAtional title game! I am dead serious folks, THIS IS THE YEAR. THE CHIPS HAVE ALIGNED. A VERY EASY SCHEDULE AT THE END OF THE YEAR, A DOWN FLORIDA AND A NATIONAL TITLE! Go ahead and laugh, but we will see in 46 FREAKING DAYS!

Pass some of that orange kool-aid over here brother!! :)

So it appears that Kentucky will now assume the role of spoiler in the East, while LSU has to fall asleep at the wheel to lose the West.
I'll go out on a limb and pick UGA over Auburn for the 2007 SEC Championship.

The real question is which team will survive prosperity, LSU or Auburn.

Both of these tigers have a long history of self inflicted wounds. Never be afraid to hand a tiger a 45 'cause they have a propensity of shooting themselves in the foot.

If UGA is gonna make it pass the mighty Gators, then 2007 is it. While the Bulldogs defense matures enough to withstand the onslaught, expect a host of RBs to ground up the turf and Caleb King will be your SEC rookie of the year.

That leaves you the Volunteers of UTK. When these solders have a target on their chest, the first shot will be like nailing a deer in the headlights... while they try to recover, you can bet they'll never hear the second shot clean their clock.

USC and Vandy will be the surprise teams that knock the kings from their hill. While potential is good, it won't be enough to survive the gauntlet known as the SEC East.

For LSU's sake they better hope Georgia doesnt make it in, them boys is hitting on all cylinders right now.
I hate to be negative but unless Woodson is injured against UGA, he is gonna throw for about 4 touchdowns and the Tennessee offense wont be able to keep up

How'd you call the Nutterback game? :whistling:

I called it wrong, but I did see more mistakes from our secondary than I would like. Kentucky & Vandy are not one dimensional.

Nutterback sounds like porno slang :boobies:

Got that from a Hog fan last week on the board. He actually called them the Hootendale Nutterbacks. I almost fell out of my chair i was laughing so hard. :eek:lol:

Actually, not locked but it should be with Ole Miss and Arkansas left on LSU's schedule. If these two teams can remember that LSU is their biggest rival then we may see a decent game.

Can you imagine LSU celebrating their national championship too early and get blindsided?
That is Auburn's only shot at the SEC championship.

LSU has locked up the West.

Actually, it is locked.

They have a 2 game lead and own all the tiebreakers.

They are going to the SECCG.
