White on White Violence

The community outreach is the way to go to help combat crime in any neighborhood. I would think white ministers in white neighborhoods do the same.
Absolutely, it doesn't matter what color you are go out into the communities build trust and make a difference. Invest in the youth of all colors

Hubris isn’t a good look on you and your usefulness to someone like k-town is finite as he will turn on you the moment you have a different opinion.
I'm sure I've had plenty of opinions that differ from k-town's. I'm sure I've had plenty of opinions that differ from every poster in the PF, but none more than '79; at least I hope.

"Some 57 percent of crimes involving white victims were committed by white perpetrators, while only 15 percent were committed by blacks, and 11 percent by Hispanics. Black crime victims fell along similar racial lines, with 63 percent of the crimes committed by black perpetrators, while 11 percent were committed by whites, and 6.6 percent by Hispanics."

White supremacists' favorite myths about black crime rates take another hit from BJS study

Poverty is related to race. Racism is the sole reason for the poverty rates in the US.

So if everybody gets a jobs and betters themselves , has more money , makes sure their kids are in school and doing well , makes sure their kids are home at night , moves out of bad hoods and slums .. racism will disappear ? Ok I’m in when do we start ?

No, I just don't like idiots.

Allow me to explain.

I think it could be considered racist or bigotry to understate the importance of a crime or the value of a life depending on who is committing it. This is the case with the blm movement that you are helping to perpetuate. The view is so polarizing. Consider a grown man, George Floyd, whose life was needlessly taken at the hands of another. It was police brutality, and maybe it was a hate crime or maybe it was just a crime.

You and others, sanctimoniously come on here like it's the end of the world. Like you've just had it. No more. This happens far to often - which is true. In this case, Floyd has an ex-con that has held by all accounts, an innocent preganant woman at gunpoint in order to rob her. He also was apparently high on serious drugs when he was murdered.

Meanwhile you continue to understate the importance and value of small black children killed at the hands of murderous thugs. See that problem is harder to put your hands around. Politicians on the left don't want to grapple with that one. Conservatives want to work on it, or so they say out loud, but not liberals. It's mostly in their backyards. See, they would have to take some ownership and accountability.

I'm not saying there isn't some blatantly racists things said on the board. Heck, sometimes I've probably said some, but normally to make a point.

It shouldn't matter if a person of one race kills a person of another race or if they are the same race. Innocent life is equally valuable and important but especially a child's. So this virtue signalling that the left tends to do is hypocritical, bigotry and racists whether you know it or not. Whether you acknowlege it or not.

And yes, on the opposite Floyd's death shouldn't be diminished but we are trying to solve fringe issues that are a small fraction in the 20%, while politics make you not want to give a rats azz about the whale in the lake.

That is one of the reasons it's hard for me to respect the democratic party. There is a way to argue solutions to relevant, important topics and people can debate which is better outside of creating races wars because there message on how to handle other issues is so shallow.

Respect is not given it is earned!

So I think you are possibly a racist and many like you on the board. That or you are incredibly naive.

Wait you liberals have been in charge of all of those things for decades in the big urban cities and you want to still wait until Nov. to get started .. Did we just both just discover the the root cause of the problem together ?
Oh, is it just a liberal issue. I know I've asked you this before, what conservative policies will work? Trickle down?

Man accused of killing woman, recording it on SD card charged in 2nd Alaska murder
A man accused of killing a woman and recording it on an SD card later found in the street has been indicted in the murder of a second woman in Alaska, authorities announced Thursday.

Brian Smith, 48, was indicted by a grand jury Thursday in the murder of Veronica Abouchuk, whose remains were found in April outside Anchorage, the Alaska Law Department said.

WHITE LIVES MATTER.

We can't rely on politicians from either side to make changes, they had ample opportunity and have failed. We need to change on our own and stop blindly following leaders out of party loyalty
There are posters in the PF from both sides of the spectrum that do great things individually to help address this issue.
There are also posters that don't do jack.....and everything in between.
But there are most definitely things that can be done on the national and state levels that have impact.

Is this what you're looking for or is there an economic indicator you would like to highlight like economy?
25 Most Dangerous Cities In The US In 2020 - EscapeHere

Now let’s go and look at where the unrest , rioting , looting and burnings are all taking place . Let’s do a run down of the people in charge of said cities and see if we can find a common denominator. It’s the easiest way to solve a problem .. find out what the root cause is and do away with it . Duh .

Want to go down the list by large urban cities ? Look up what leaders are in charge ?
That's not the point I'm disputing.
I'm claiming that a mayor is handcuffed by and to stale and federal policies and laws.

He’s gonna vote for a guy that’s been in politics for 50 years that has ZERO accomplishments or made any significant change. But now that he’s running for President he’s gonna transform the entire nation.
