She could not play the post against men. She has to play the post, otherwise, she sucks. She would have had no prayer to start on my HS team.

Woolridge can't play any position against men. She would at least get fouled on the block because she's aggressive. Woolridge would just settle for a 30 foot shot that he has no chance of making.

I'm talking about HS ball, which is the question. At the collegiate level, she can't play JV ball. At the HS school level, he was a 4* recruit.

Not to knock Parker, who is incredible to me, but te differences are enormous.

I love watching the girls play but anyone thinks that they can beat the guys is just not realistic. Parker is a great player but Swiperboy would knock every shot into the 10th row. The mens and womens games are completley different games. I just happen to like both and support both teams, but I do recognize the difference.

3 years ago norcross had 5 division 1 players on there team, including the 6'10" brothers that play for GT and wake forrest. if you go acouple years back they had jody meeks.

Ah you mean the Aminu brothers....they almost lost to a Centennial team that had 1 D1 prospect who will play for NCSU in the fall. However, in GA Norcross is the equal to Kentucky when it comes to the love of the refs.

Colin Cowherd talked about this subject the other day, except he was talking about the UCONN women. He said the best HS boys team in the country could beat UCONN every time. I have to agree.

get CP3 and 4 more of the best athletic Lady Vols such as Glory on a team and put them against a decent boys team and the boys would lose. The Lady Vols practice against male players and some of the ladies know that street ball also!:peace2:

And the LV get beat routinely by said male players.

not so big boi! they wouldn't be able to keep up with say CP3, Hornbuckle, and Glory!

The players you listed are 6'4", 5'11", and 6'3". That would be considerably undersized against a good guys' team. Not to mention Johnson is rail thin and hasn't been consistently dominant against other girls.

some of Pat's better teams could beat a good high school boys team? I believe they could, but some posters on the basketball forum are arguing with me that there is no way that any of Pat's teams could beat a good high school boys team. One even said that a WNBA team could not beat an average high school boys team.

The team she had a couple of years ago with Candice Parker could have beaten some college mens teams, would have abused high school teams. UCONN's team this year could compete in the NCAA's for a couple of rounds! Those girls can shoot lights out, not the same game it was a few years ago. Pat's team practices against a good squad of men players daily and have for twenty years!!! LV,B :run:

You apparently know no basketball. Howmany college teams you know, even the DIII types, that have one guy who can dunk? LV have struggled to score for years. That is a huge problem, but they would lose the only thing that keeps them in games: D and rebounding.

please tell me you're joking. "a good squad of men players"? have you ever seen these goofs try to play basketball? they are nothing more than church league players. these guys def could not play college ball anywhere. espn did a special on this, and me and some of my former teammates laughed at how horrible these guys were. they have no fundamentals, can't dribble and walk at the same time, def can't shoot worth a lick. pathetic post

You must be terribly bored to come up with such a nonsensical proposition/comparison. Certainly there are more critical subjects or issues to occupy this space.:neener:
