Not sure what kind of music you like, but the kid was 15 when he laid this down:

YouTube - Earl Sweatshirt - Molliwopped (prod. by Weird Eye)

Pigions is another song I like a lot, even though its title is spelled incorrectly.

I like every type of music except R&B, most jam-band stuff, and 75% of country. And for the above genres that I don't necessarily like, I have made a concerted effort to like them...but I was just never feeling it.

I'll check out Earl Sweatshirt. Thanks for the link.

To the extent y'all haven't heard them, here are some tracks. Zero, I repeat zero, chance that this band doesn't become huge. This is feelgood music if I've ever heard it.

‪Foster The People - Pumped Up Kicks‬‏ - YouTube
‪Foster the People Performs "Helena Beat"‬‏ - YouTube
‪Foster The People - Houdini (Live in Solana Beach)‬‏ - YouTube

I had Pumped Up Kicks and like it a lot, but for some reason I hadn't gotten much else by them. Thanks for the links.

A little bit of shameless self promotion on my part, if anybody likes good folk music, check out Seraplane. I do piano/guitar, my friend does guitar/vocals

Search us on facebook, or check out this. Let me know what you guys think. Go Vawls :hi:

No prob. The whole album is good. It is short, but all killer no filler.

Having finally listened to the entire thing, I can certainly agree with this. Also, if you haven't heard the Best Buy bonus tracks ("Love" and "Chin Music for the Unsuspecting Hero," in addition to "Broken Jaw" which is already on iTunes) you should check them out.

I finally got a chance to see FTP live about three weeks ago at the 930 club. The Cults opened for them and were so so. But FTP freaking rocked the house. That band isn't going away any time soon. Mark Foster has serious pipes and actually sings with a lot of soul. He's legit. They didn't play a single song the entire night that I didn't think sounded awesome, and they played 4-5 songs I hadn't even heard before.

They waited until the encore to play Pumped Up Kicks, which provided some comic relief for me. There was a group of people right behind who had obviously only heard Pumped Up Kicks, and were getting agitated towards the end of the show. I didn't care in the slightest that they hadn't played Pumped Up Kicks because, again, the whole set was just sounding amazing. But when they did come up for the encore and played out, it was mind-blowingly good. They stretched it out for like 8 minutes and just jammed out on the synth part. Music is tough to describe, but it was sonic bliss.

Here was the setlist:
Houdini
Miss You
Life On The Nickel
I Would Do Anything For You
Broken Jaw
Waste
Call It What You Want
Don't Stop (Color on the Walls)

Pumped Up Kicks (Remix Outro)

And a random picture I took on my iphone that I thought came out well in a psychadelic sorta way.

Yeah I've heard all of those except Ruby. I'm seeing them in about 3 weeks and can't wait. I'm actually a pretty big fan now. And that is an awesome picture.
