Personally, I will be rooting for the Sooners. Regardless, the media has determined the Pac 10 is the best conference. Yes, It is BS. They didn't play the caliber of teams the SEC played.

At first, I was upset about Bama getting it handed to them. Then, I started laughing at Saban. It felt good to make fun of Bama for getting it handed to them. I liked seeing Saban pissed off. The millions a year they have spent hasn't produced results for them yet. Let's hope the same doesn't happen to us.

Since, the Bammers got their tails kicked by the Utes. I will be rooting for the Sooners. I believe it could possibly help us in recruiting.

Their are still several high end prospects out there deciding between us, UF, UA, and others. If, the SEC not looking like the strongest conference helps UT get a high end recruit or two. And, I think it may. Besides, I am tired of seeing that darn gator chomp! :clapping:

GO SOONERS!!!!!!!

My wife is an Okie, so if I root for anyone but BYU or UT against them I'm in the doghouse... go Sooners.

I still think UF wins though.

Hate them both. But pulling for Sooners. And yes I'm sick about my pull.

Oh yeah, A few recruits are considering South Carolina. Maybe them getting spanked by Iowa will help our recruiting as well. Maybe a few others will change their minds.

If, Giles changes his mind. They can keep him. I would rather have OKU. Giles seems to be ALL ABOUT HIMSELF. We don't need those types anyway.

Eric Berry doesn't have the ALL ABOUT ME attitude. And, he is the best defensive player in the country! Of course, I am biased.

Spurrier poked fun at us once again this year. He said he didn't hear Rocky Top the entire game. He said guessed we only played it when we scored TDs. Well, Spurrier will get very tired of hearing it. If, he doesn't get fired from pretty soon.

Uh, what? SEC Championship game in 2nd year, strongest recruiting class in 2008, 12-2 record.

What results would you want in the first two years? Two national championships?

I am not a gator fan but a SEC fan.I dont root for Bama,Ga.,or S.C. unless ofcourse sc is playing bama or Ga.Or ga.is playing bama.Out of conference though I am pro SEC all the way. I feel it is vital to the SEC for Gator to win this one. very disappointed in Bama's let down.Utah was much better prepared and executed their plan. Go GATORS !!!!!

I dont understand the whole "root for a rival just because they are in your conference" thing. I could care less if any other SEC team wins. I love seeing UF and Bama fans suffer defeat any time that I can. Go Sooners!

Pff, I could care less one way or the other if Florida wins. I am tired of rooting for the conference in proxy for rooting for Tennessee. I am ready for Tennessee to defend its own honor and carry its own banner again. To hell with the gators.

I'm torn. Having to listen to annoying Gator fans (LG included. :) ) isn't pleasant. But would like to the SEC to do well. On the other hand...

I want Florida to win. Let Florida be the reigning kings of college football so that when we take it from them it means even more.

I want UT to be the team to whoop their butt. Until we are able to do that Florida needs to remain undefeated.

I live in Oklahoma and I constantly hear about how OU is the best and how good Bradford is and blah blah blah and I am also arguing about how they don't play in the SEC and no conference can hang with the SEC, so as much as it pains me to say it, Go Gators.

I agree with you Vol in Bham. However, I think you misunderstood my exact meaning. I should have been more clear. They paid Saban and the staff the big money to win a NC. I hope they don't ever win another. And, I hope our millions wins us several !
