Petrino has no loyalty...he is a vagabond by nature and will call U-Haul within 5 minutes after hanging with up with Foley..Ok Lane, Meyer is gone...now direct your ire toward Saban..we need him out of Smuckaloosa...

I think even the devil questions Petrino's loyalty and integrity...

I like this list (not necisarrily in this order) except Strong. schools of SEC powers dont get coaches that learn on the job. they need to prove themselves. Now you know Florida wishes this came out sooner so they could at least get a crack at Brian Kelly.

Hopefully, they get a Ron Zook clone and stay down for years, while Kiffin takes over the SEC east!!!!!!

Whoever they hire they better do it quick. NSD is about a month away. Do the UF assistants continue recruiting with their futures uncertain? I bet coaches, including our own staff are chomping at the bit to raid the UF recruiting class. The dead period is over after the 1st. I bet Lane and company have their bags packed and the jet fueled and waiting. If you think about it, it will take several days for a new coach to come in get things settled, hire a staff....and so on. By then NSD will be days away not weeks. It should be an interesing January.

Does anybody really believe the health story? I think he was getting ready to be in trouble with the NCAA.

Here's a thought....if Charlie Strong takes the HC job at UF....anybody think they might call CPF? Just something to ponder...I will hang up and listen.

That question is right on par with the intelligence level of the average caller of the Lane Kiffin show! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO to everything you asked!

They will see if they can keep Strong...not sure what he has signed at Louisville. If he is available legally he will be next UF coach. He was the strength of that team anyway in my mind. Their D is just disgusting talented and good. Their O was good to very good under Mullen it was average last year. And they had great talent on O. I am more worried then excited about this. Meyer was not that scary. He was scary when Fulmer was the HC. But fluffy bunny rabbits are scary when porky is your only defense.

Hiring strong would be too good to be true. We should hope they do something that stupid. Bama did not think they were too talented and good on D.

No way they hire Charlie Strong.

I think they ask if Stoops is interested. Then the next options would be the coach at Utah, the coach at Boise State, and Mullen.
