OSU has good linebackers, too. They are quick, although, obviously, they weren't used to speed like UF.

I think there was also a bit of a shell shock factor going on about midway through the seocnd quarter of that game. That kick-off run back may have been the best thing that ever happened to the Florida Gators.

You know, I thought the same thing at the time. And again later, when Hester set sail against the Colts.
Such an odd thing to see happen in both championship games the same year...

Hard enough in the SEC getting a NC. Two in a row would be hell of an accomplishment. Can't see it happening 2x in row.

I agree it is unlikely. As it is, Florida winning two NCAA championships in B-ball and the BCS football national championship sandwiched in between, there's just not much more a reasonable fan could ever ask for. Nonetheless, as fans tend to do, I feel like this year's football team will be much better on offense and the questions are what kind of defense will we have and whether we will continue to get a ton of breaks, as we did last year.

Its a lot to ask, but its not irrational.

I put UT for the homers...

And, VT has a solid chance.

They return just about everyone on Defense, if not everyone. Most analysts feel that VT will have a Top 3 D all year.

The ACC is down. If they get by LSU, they should set sail.

But, I was listing most of teams that are gonna be Pre-Season Top 10, and VaTech most likely is gonna be one of them.

Frank Beamer defenses are always money. Every once in a while, there's a good offense to go with it. This is one of those years. And like Tiddy said, UTK is for all the homers.

Milo is right, Virginia Tech should have it all this season, and I like them to win the ACC at the very least.
