they haven't gotten within 2tds of usc at usc this decade. cal has dominated them at home as well. i believe they also play oregon state on the road.

USC - 20%
Cal - 30% (last time oregon took a top-10 team to berkeley they lost by 4 tds)
OSU - 35% (only because they've played fairly well at osu recently)

Because oregon has never been this much better than everyone else in that conference. But 2008 at oregon state was probably the last. Arizona last yr was tough. If arizona isnt tough than cal surely isnt.
