Who's Next?

The "dirtbag" led us to our only National Championship since 1951 and we have not won the SEC since he left. Maybe that's why.

Tee is all about Tee. It's obvious that he's more concerned about the green and than the orange.

That's probably why he wore the orange to begin with, someone associated with UT gave him the green.

Easy my friend, your the one embarrassing yourself by resorting to insults. If you don't think that there is a lot of green involved in the recruiting process, then you are obviously very naive to what goes on.

We're landing Kongbo along with Warrior, Dickerson, Brown, and Byrd. That'll be the finish.

Most agree we only have 3 to 4 spots left, if that's the case i would say,
Warrior
if not Kongbo, Woods or Bailey
if not Brown, Daniels
If not Dickerson, maybe Byrd

just pure speculation at this point.

There are plenty of former players and coaches who have continued their careers elsewhere. We have numerous coaches on our staff right now that had no ties to Tennessee before they came here. Your post is ludicrous.

I think you are spot on. If it's only 3 I think it's Warrior, a DT, and one best available. If it's down to Bailey or Byrd, I could see them going with Byrd. The fact Bailey has not committed tells me they are just about out of spots.

You obviously completely missed the point, my post has nothing to do with current coaches having ties to Tennessee. It has to do with Tee Martin, no one else. Tee is all about Tee.

Please go back and read it along with the prior post, and maybe you will understand the context it was written or maybe not.

This ridiculous.....tee is a VFL..... Almost every single person here would struggle with the same decision.....it looks like he made the right choice since he is now an offensive coordinator.

I think he made the right decision. Had he came to UT as a WR coach when offered the first time around he may have been an OC at UT by now as well.

Um, if I had won an NC at a major university and had a street named after me...there is no debate. Problem is Tee doesn't wear the pants in his house. That's a sad fact.

Do you seriously believe that or are you just throwing crap out there and seeing if it sticks?

I'll erase the post...but it's not all purely speculation. There were comments from people around the family regarding the lack of involvement. He had a chance to come home and be involved but chose not to. You don't need a lot more information. I know people that deal with all kinds of craziness (baby momma drama ect) in an effort to remain involved. It'd be real easy for some of thm to say I'm moving 3000 miles away become the job there has more opportunity for a raise...but they don't. Props to those types of people

You're embarrassing yourself. Again!

You might feel different if they skipped over you the first time that you wanted the position and then offered you much less money the second time.

Nah not really. The money he makes verses what he was offered isn't going to impact his life. I would choose legacy over cash all day long. After you are gone people will spend your wealth but your legacy will remain forever. Neyland wasn't paid very much and he is the epitome of UT football to this day.

I'm choosing getting paid all day long.....I would consider it an insult and feel like I was begging to come back.... I would feel that Tennessee should be wanting me and not the other way.... Not to much that Tennessee wouldn't even interview him the first time.

Well I guess that's the difference between the two of us. If you can be bought, maybe you should consider politics and sell yourself. I'll stick with being true to my ethics win or lose. you seem to want to embrace being a scorned woman and protecting your feelings instead of being persistent in the face of adversity to achieve your goals. I don't know.

I understood it fine. I was just giving examples of other "disloyal" former players.
