Why ain't anyone talking about Bru McCoy?

We got Squirrel for that. Bru keeps em honest in tight
He's physical. He's a threat in his own right. But the reason no one is talking about him is that he's not likely to take the top off of a D like Hyatt and others. Even Tillman got behind D's when he was healthy.

That's not Bru's value... he's not "sexy" that way.

Agreed. Bru reminds me of Marquez North. Big, physical, good hands. But probably lacks the athleticism to take it to the next level.

Reminds me of maybe a cross between Jennings and Da'Rick. I like him. I was just answering the question that started the thread. I wouldn't be surprised to see him on an NFL roster because of his physicality.

Read my other posts. I think there's a really good chance you are right. The question was why no one is talking about him... which isn't exactly true but I think I get the point. There isn't a ton of buzz around him.
Concerning your last statement, I am glad he is somewhat under the radar

Edit: Under the radar from fans/internet losers. Bru is most certainly on the radar for NFL GMs. I'm sure, many of them hope he stays under the social media radar

If I am throwing the ball on fourth down Bru McCoy is who I look for first.
I think you can make a good case. I think with regard to the NFL he's more what they're looking for than other guys who ARE getting all the "ink" right now in CFB. He's physical and has great hands. He's not a speed demon but fast enough for what the Pros want to do.

I think Bru is just a quiet type of guy like a Larry Fitzgerald. He just shows up and produces. Not a lot of barking or drama. Not flashy. This means he gets kinda taken for granted. Think of him as a kinder gentler JJ.

Please forgive me if this turns out to be the stupid post of the year, but how come there isn't much talk about Bru?

Not trying to be contrary, but I've seen Bru McCoy getting his share of coverage. Who can forget that Bru was gold in critical plays when games were on the line? The man would not be denied or beaten.
