I miss hockey. Especially with the crappy football seasons for the vols, the Titans, and my kids teams. Hate NBA reg season.
Miss my Preds games, which are 5x the entertainment of a Titans/Jets Monday night game.

Wouldn't ever consider asking for a RT. I see that as being on par with getting an athletes autograph. If you are older than 12 you should not being doing either.

the sole purpose of twitter is getting followers. the fastest way to get followers is being retweeted by someone recognizable or getting someone recognizable to give you a shout out. everybody on twitter fishes for retweets, and if you say you don't then you are lying. the only problemwith these guys is that they are just coming out and asking for retweets. is it lame? yes, but thats just the culture of twitter. its not a big deal and most certainly not worth getting all pissy about. also, *i believe GA stated something about adults not asking athletes for autographs. so who gets to make up this rule?? thats ridiculous. if i were lucky enough to meet Peyton Manning, i cant ask for the guy's autograph because im over 18? maybe it would be cool to leave for my kid to have some day? sigh... i guess i just dont get it.

Heaven forbid I use twitter to keep up with information easier. Believe it or not it can be a useful tool. I hardly ever tweet myself so gaining followers is certainly not the reason I use it. I've never "fished" for a retweet much less tweeted a famous person to gain followers.

If someone sends you a tweet then you can re-tweet and all of your followers will see it.

E.G. DjCrenshaw messages KnoxVillain, KnoxVillain retweets DjCrenshaw's message. Now all of KnoxVillain's follwers can now see what DjCrenshaw sent KnoxVillain.
