did you think at anytime when we intercepted Chris Leak for a touchdown and got the personal foul blow to the head call.....did you really think that was legit?? or did you think it was the right call and Florida still got screwed cuz there was a holding penalty on the play too and it didn't get called?? :shaking2:

rivalries are hard to explain. we basically hate them because they aren't us, and we have to play them every year.

Sigh. How long must I endure this?

I thought the blow to the head call against Mapu was a very weak call.

But it was made possible only by the equally weak call on the block in the back on the play right before it when we ran the kick back for a touchdown.

As they say in football, offsetting fouls.

Overall, the better team that night won. Tonight, Auburn came out in the second half and took over and they deserved to win. Like you against us, we had a chance to win but didn't get it done. And as a conseuqence justice was done in both games.

Because anybody over the age of 6 who ever followed the Vols would never have to ask a question like that.

I apologize on their behalf. That game was weeks ago, and most of Vol Nation has moved on. If you haven't... I'd say it's time....

LG, sometimes it sucks to agree with you, but you couldn't be more right in this assessment.

You totally deserved the infraction warning.

But I agree with you. As a Gator fan since I was 18, the one thing that is constant is that everyone hates the Gators. Its a fact of life, up there with death and taxes.

The reasons? Well, they are too numerous to mention. Top among them would be what we Gator fans perceive to be jealousy for our rapid rise to success, while perceived by everyone outside of UF alumni and students to be our arrogance at the rapid rise to scussess.

Take your pick.

Because she want to know if she needs to be nice about what she says or if she can just "let'er rip"!

Here's my thought though- because we want to, even if they are a good team. And for the same reason Auburn hates Alabama, and vice versa. Tenn hates GA, FL, and AL and they all probably hate us. That's part of the game and it's called rivalries. Keeps football intense and interesting and makes for a LOT of fun when your team WINS.
