@McDad I'd have felt better about humanity if you had been right, @Sgt_Nick_Fury actually believes this.

A troll job seemed to be the most plausible given the absurdity of the statement. Occams razer didn't require me to believe or assume that anyone would be this dumb.

But here we are.


There's a joke in here somewhere about Mr. Fury and something on Trump being "polished."

he probably is a Trump supporter. But he is playing it up big time to troll you guys. Just look at his gif posted monday before he created this thread. I'm surprised he got you, though. You tend to sniff it out since you are accomplished at it as well.

The problem is that no one worth their salt wants to be president anymore. It consistently attracts the worst kinds of people and elections have essentially turned into popularity contests.

Again, I thought he was trolling too because I refuse to believe that anyone could possibly believe that trump could ever be described by an adult human as "polished."

Now that he's doubled down and not denied he wasn't serious - it lends one to believe he is in fact, that dumb.

You just waiving your hand in the air and dismissing him as a troll after his doubling down does little to assuage my concerns for humanity.

As I stated, successful trolling must be based in the realm of a slight chance of believability.
