The video is clearly a production, but I like the ceremony and importance placed on certain things i.e. the presidential motorcade. I also enjoy good firework shows and patriotic live symphony music attached to it like the one last night in Nashville. The planes flying over the stadium as the national anthem finishes. These things have a certain uniqueness to them.

If they were/are privately funded, sure. I'm all for it.

The size of the detail is based on DHS risk assessment. Trump is a high-risk candidate hence the detail.

For the record I don't think he is still President, though legally he should have been if not for the 2020 coup. However is motorcades as an ex president are unprecidented. They are like nothing I have seen in my entire life for a non sitting president. Surely if he was, the J13 shooting would not have happened, that showed how poor his protection in fact was.

However Given that Biden is considered unfit to run and was threatened with the 25th Amendment. Considering Kamala never won anything and was just "installed". Who exactly has the nuclear football?
