I do not understand why Skylar McBee continues to get minutes. The only reason people like his is because he made a playground shot against Kansas and "hustles" and is "one of us." Heck if that is all it takes suit me up! I would be a legend!

I guess the coaches are rewarding him for hard play. I could see him getting a few minutes a game to try and spark the O with a 3 but nothing more. He's a liability on D and gets the ball stripped about every time he drives.

He plays with more aggressiveness in 1 game than Cam Tatum does throughout the entire season. Tatum is the one wasting away valuable minutes. I'd rather pearl play than Tatum. Atleast with pearl your going to get someone that hustles up and down the court, plays solid defense & boxes out on rebounding.

lol then he gets a steal and assist - but he still sucks - bad. I actually don't mind seeing Pearl out there anymore - McBee makes Pearl look like an All-SEC player.

I will never like seeing Pearl on the floor. Ever.

You all need to give it a break. We do not have that many guards and I like Cam and McBee for their hustle. Support the team-negativity goes nowhere.

McBee is THE WORST "3-point specialist" I have ever seen. The kid isn't even shooting 30% from the field. I don't expect a whole lot from him, but he should be able to hit a set shot 1 out of 3 times or he should never see the court.

You guys watch too much NBA. They can't even beat good team ball anymore. Pearl and McBee are both good team players.

I guess you hated Dane Bradshaw too. He plays because he plays hard in practice and on the court.

Skylar's three against Kansas was far from the game winner as well - we were still winning when he hit there - good chance we could have still won.

Swiper Boy had a much bigger impact on that Kansas game than McBee believe it or not...

C'mon, he's a walk on, loves being a Tennessee Volunteer, and his attitude and work ethic is appreciated in this day of "look at me... wheres my money..." He is not expected to carry the team, and does fairly well in the role he is expected to fill. Give him a break. Its one thing to bash the star quaterback, even the million dollar making coach, but we are now picking at a walk-on, who gives his all 100% of the time? Really.

Your right. . . I needed a laugh after watching McBee look like a fool. He needs to realize he is a white country boy and isnt Skip to my Lou

So tell me something, are you white or black? I watched the game today and he hustled and broke up a couple passes and actually made a pass on the fast break unlike Hopson or Tatum.....sounds like you dont like seeing any white boy out on the floor....let me guess you also think that every coach should be black....
